● All tour prices are made in Vietnam Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted into Vietnam Dong (VND) at the current exchange rate.
All tours or services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard….
Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate credit card billing information. If you do not provide the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, ticket issuance may be delayed and total charges may increase. We reserve the right to cancel tickets after issuance if payment is refused or if you have provided incorrect credit card information. ISSUANCE OF PAYMENT VOUCHER

NGOC VIET CAMBO TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED is not responsible for any service cancellation requests that have not been received and reconfirmed with you. In this case, service cancellation or tour cancellation fees will apply.
If customers have complaints, please go to NGOC CAMBO TOURISM COMPANY LIMITED. First of all, the customer must notify the tour leader as soon as possible to remedy the complaint. Tours/tour packages/products transacted using promotional codes cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
