Regulations for aircraft booking services
- The user or person whose name is on the airline ticket needs to have all valid documents to work again by air such as: ID card, passport, visa to book the ticket. In case of consolidation of student tickets, the user or person whose name is on the ticket needs to have a valid student card.
- The user is solely responsible for not having an entry visa and the prescribed process. It is the user's responsibility to find out information about visa requirements before making a booking.
- The company does not dare to assume responsibility in case the booking cannot be made due to technical reasons (error of system GDS) or force majeure cases.
- In charge of performing air transportation services belonging to airlines, the company does not commit responsibility in the specific cases below:

• Quality of airline and related services (e.g. lost baggage).

• Customers have purchased tickets but do not arrive during check-in time to board the flight.

• The customer has purchased a ticket but does not use the ticket and does not travel according to the purchased ticket.

• The customer has purchased a ticket but does not use the entire itinerary purchased on the ticket (for example, one-way travel for a round-trip ticket).

• Customers are refused transportation due to not having all required personal documents (for example: no visa, fake visa, no passport, ID card, lack of necessary documents when traveling with minors).

-All complaints related to the performance of the contract of carriage will be borne by the user directly with the Airlines. Complaints must be in accordance with the regulations of

the airlines providing the service.
